The old city hall of Richmond is a fabulous building which was constructed during the late 1800's. It served as the City Hall through the 1970's and provides office space at the present time. The building is architecturally spectacular both inside and out and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The photo here shows the building's atrium.
