"Aftermath Of The 1988 Fires"

The fires which burned Yellowstone National Park in 1988 had a dramatic impact on the park's terrain. In the aftermath of the fires, this grove of trees shows that the burn was pretty complete in some areas. The gray colors of the terrain were perfectly suited for black and white photography.
